Make a payment

Please read the important information below before making a payment to the relevant department.

Asset Finance

Asset Finance customers to make an initial deposit on agreements or to make a monthly payment to an existing account.

When making a payment please ensure you include your asset finance agreement number in your payment reference for example * E.g. A000123456, 2111234, 6111234.

We do not accept payments from third parties so please ensure the account you are using is in the customer or company name

Making a payment

You can make a payment to us using your providers online banking.

When making a payment please select that you are paying a business and you enter the following details:

Bridging Finance

We can only accept payments in relation to fees associated with your bridging finance application.

When making a payment please ensure you include your mortgage application reference in your payment reference for example * XXX-XXXXX . We do not accept payments from third parties so please ensure the account you are using is in the customer or company name.

Important

This facility must not be used to make your regular monthly interest payment to an existing account. If you need to make a monthly interest payment, please contact us on 020 3862 1108 or email us at [email protected].

Mortgages – Residential & Buy-To-Let

Please ensure when making a payment this is only in relation to a fee associated with a mortgage application that has not yet completed, administration, application, legal or product fee.

When making a payment please ensure you include your mortgage application reference in your payment reference for example * XXX-XXXXX . We do not accept payments from third parties so please ensure the account you are using is in the customer or company name.

Important

This facility must not be used to make your regular monthly mortgage payment to an existing account. If you need to make a monthly mortgage payment, please contact us on 0330 053 5715 or email us at [email protected].
